There is plenty of information on this website about hypnotherapy, but each person is individual and my techniques are so client-centered, to truly understand what we can do together, our journey must begin with a phone call.
When you get in touch for the first time you may feel unsure or nervous. You’ll get straight through to me and if I can’t take the call I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Your first 1/2 hour phone consultation is free. We can begin to explore your issues, and see if we are a good fit. Your comfort and trust is absolutely at the core of my work with you.

All sessions are made by Appointment only.
You can see me for a one on one session at my office in Winter Park, Florida,
or Virtually on Zoom from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.
My hours are flexible, and I do my best to accommodate my clients schedules.
